Program Evaluation Report. DUE DATE DECEMBER 8, 2020

Each class member will develop an evaluation report for the ML 2 program using the program logic model as well as sample data sets. 

The evaluation report document should be:

- minimum of 12 pages

-double-spaced

-12 point Times New Roman or Cambria ( tables and charts included in the document should be single-spaced

-use a standard 1 inch margin for the page layout

-APA format for citations

-incorporate the content from the evaluation plan and data analysis project assignments

- DO NOT CONTAIN PARTICIPANTS NAMES
