- Each class member will develop an outcome evaluation report for the Youth Works ML2program using the program logic model as well as sample data sets posted on the Blackboard course site. This is a comprehensive assignment that should be completed individually. However, class members are expected to make use of external reference sources and course materials, particularly items included in the Toolkit posted on the Blackboard course site. The final exam is worth 120 points and is due by the date posted on the course syllabus/schedule. Late submissions will receive an automatic 30-point deduction for each calendar day.
Class members will submit the document via Blackboard SafeAssign, an online tool used to verify content and originality. The evaluation report document should be a minimum of 12 pages, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman or similar font (tables and charts included in the document should be single-spaced). Class members should use a standard 1 inch margin for the page layout, and APA (American Psychological Association) format for citations. Reference the sample evaluation report outline in ACF-OPRE (pages 90-95) for specific sections and details to include in the evaluation report.
