Policy-Diss 10

Discuss “pre-disaster” planning as a part of the Ministry of Health (MoH) strategic planning proposal for natural disasters or disease outbreaks. Research a disease that the MoH might select for this planning and describe the humanitarian challenges and the external and internal barriers they must consider.
