Over fishing the seas research paper

 A 5-7 page research paper should be written about a specific topic, policy or environmental/resource problem. You will be graded based on the quality of your empirical (data) or theoretical policy analysis (30 points) and on the accuracy and relevance of the material to the course topics (40 points). This paper should include graphs and other supporting material including at least 5 outside sources. It should be double spaced with Times New Roman 12 point font.

Content Knwoledge; Theproject reflects a deep understanding of the topic chosen.

Presentation Quality: The material is presented in such way that others can understand the topic and its relevance. 

Theory application: The project uses economic theory in the creative and exploratory way. 

Adequate research: At least 3 outside sources were consulted and used to generate additional information about the topic.

Attached is the initial proposal for the research project. There can be deviation from some of the bullet points, but the topic must stay the same.
