Lit review

1. add connection to schools, MTSS, exclusionary discipline, rationale for focus; move some of the justification from chapter 3 to other chapters

1. Black males (why did you choose to focus on males?); highlight lack of Black males in specific roles/higher education or issues in school systems (exclusionary discipline, special education)

1. Think about comparison between three groups (earlier on walk us through how you arrive at that in the lit review; why do you focus on three groups?); add positionality statement (this can be a paragraph)

2. School safety, school satisfaction, happiness- consider this organization in your lit review 1. Include definition of terms- include school satisfaction, school safety, happines

Method 

1. reads more like a proposal; shoudl read more like you already completed it (look at tense) 2. Add table with items from CHKS (from presentation) to chapter 3

Results ANOVA- mention unequal group size and power, data trends support your hypothesis but are not significant, differences in sample size may have impacted results (Language on results- not significant is not significant)

Hypothesis 1- Hispanics had lowest level, not AA Hypothesis 3- can’t say that AA had lowest
