 Read chapter 3 in the text and the MBNQA (Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award Information & Resources) Criteria PPTs, focusing on the philosophy, introductory material and the overview information.
Answer the following questions: Were you aware of the Criteria prior to this class? No Have you ever been in an organization that has discussed Baldrige Criteria, and if so, what did your organization do or discuss? No What is the overall philosophy of the MBNQA and value of the approach offered by the Criteria? How does the MBNQA represent a system?
