 Wikipedia also provides good descriptions of the individual personality types and their strengths and weaknesses.  Just search Wikipedia for whatever your personality type designation is such as ISTJ, ESFP, etc 

 
2. Write and submit a two page (minimum) paper describing your personality type and how it affects your leadership and supervision. Do not just regurgitate the results of your test to me. You will be graded on how you apply the results to yourself - give examples - if you disagree with the results, that is okay, but tell me why and defend your answers - in other words, think it through and show me that you understand how your personality strengths and weaknesses affect your leadership and supervision ability.
