This week we are discussing the development of a risk management plan. Since risk management planning is quite similar to project management, it is process based. 

1. Please use any software that you are familiar with to create a diagram that shows your interpretation of the risk management planning process. You should make sure that you cover all the major elements of risk management planning that you have learned in the reading. After this is complete, please use a few paragraphs to explain your diagram to your classmates by Wednesday at 11:59PM. 
2. Please make sure that you also make two substantive postings in the discussion that discuss the diagrams that have been offered by your classmates.
