Export Target Market Report

Prepare a professional report that empirically identifies the best market for marketing.  Prepare the report as if you were a highly paid professional consultant using your own company logo.  Follow the template provided. 

1.Select a product for export

2.Conduct a data-driven market potential analysis to identify the top three export markets

1. Use Gazelle/USITC Database or other valid data sources

2. Use a Decision matrix 

4.Recommend one international market for an export marketing plan

 A typical report is less than 10 pages.  Be concise. You select the type of decision matrix you want to use.
