Q.1. Why should a business manager be moral? after all this is a capitalistic society so the goal is to make profit, right? So how can a manager exercise morality and maximize profit when temptation is there to pursue self-interests?


Q.2.  After reading the short case on Procter & Gamble 5.1, please respond:

So where do loyalties lie? with shareholders or with the stakeholders?

Remember: each stakeholder has their own needs and goals....while shareholders (also a stakeholder) have one thing in mind: PROFIT!
