For your discussion assignment, select three questions from below - one from each group - A, B, and C. Please answer in their entirety - 350 minimum word count for each group not including questions or citations. Your own thoughts and feedback responses should be supported by information from the textbook and/or outside sources. Group A -

• 1) As a principle of interpretation, in what direction (if any) would Glendron's (or other theoriest) understanding of the UDHR's 'dignitarian' tradition point with respect to say (a) a question of freedom of speech as applied to hate speech, (b) a question of individual liberty in relation to the rights of others to an adequate standard of living, (c) a question of equal protection in relation to a claim for gay marriage
  
• 2) Looked at from today's perspective, which of Lautrepcht's ideas or predictions of the UDHR and human rights would require substantial revision?
