 You are working in a hospital as a registered nurse and see a co-worker who is an administrative assistant removing medication from a drug room.  You find this to be unusual as the administrative staff do not normally work with medications.  While performing a routine inventory check you discover a shortage of a drug that is classified as a controlled substance.  Discuss what you would do in this situation.
