Assignment 1: Discussion Question—What is Reasonable Accommodation? 

Consider the scenario and respond to the following:

• Are the two employees’ requests reasonable accommodations according to law?
• What factors need to be considered in making decisions on the requests?
• Assuming that one of the requests is unreasonable, how would you inform the employee that the requested accommodation cannot be made?

Cite the original law, as well as other relevant references, in your response.
