Survey Questions

• at least 5 content questions
• at least 2 demographic questions
• vocabulary is simple
• wording is in the positive (not negative) 
• wording does not presuppose an opinion (for example: Why is divorce wrong?— assumes agreement that divorce is wrong=bad question) 
• wording is grammatically accurate
• match with topic, proposal, research question
