BREXIT - Disruption to supply chain

Disruptions in the supply chain can cause tremendous impact on the bottom line of an organization. Britain’s exit from European Union (EU) also known as BREXIT is expected to cause disruption in supply chain across Europe. In case of BREXIT, UK needs to establish new trade rules/norms with the Europe and other nations as well. This could at least temporarily alter the dynamics of supply chains of many corporations such as BMW, Volkswagen, Aston Martin to name a few. 

As a business student, how to do you think the corporations that are in the midst of BREXIT can recover from such disruption? And what are the anticipatory measures or strategies they can develop to reduce the impact.
