A management assignment

Please complete the assignment 1 and submit it on a group basis (see attached file). Assignment 1 is about the Five Forces Analysis on Starbucks case. There are two questions: 1. on the first page, please list the major players in each of the five boxes, and give a general assessment on the power of the forces (if you identify multiple players in a given force, please provide an overall assessment on the force. You can make an in-between assessment, i.e. moderate-high or low-moderate); 2. on page 2 and 3, please discuss the main reasons of the assessment that you conclude on page1 for each of the five forces.

The case analysis is based on 1. Starbuck case readings. 2. session notes 3. in-class discussions on the Five Forces Model.
