 In this unit, to stay on track with completing the Unit 3 assignment, conduct the job analysis interview (JAI) and prepare your appendix to summarize what you found. It is easiest to write the 1-2-page executive summary after you clean up your interview notes and compile your task and KSAO list so you can note details such as how many tasks and KSAOs were obtained from these sources, which ones were cited in both sources and/or considered to be most important, et cetera. If possible, try to finish as much of the assignment as you can in this unit so that you can begin the Unit 5 assignment as soon as you turn in the Unit 3 assignment.
