I uploaded info about the 2 clients and an example of the journal and also the group therapy note to fill in. For some background the first client lives at home with her father who is also a meth addict , he does not allow her to leave and she has become so weak and deconditioned. They have money and has paid for her to come to treatment but her dad is still using drugs. She has concern about leaving her dad alone since he also has other medical issues such as parkinsons disease. Her brother is older and recovering addict as well. The second client is only 23 and has been to prison for 3 years already. She started using drugs at the age of 10. She has a boyfriend who is 11 years older than her and is in recovery. Her parents divorced when she was 5 and get along well her mother is a dentist and father a sales man . Her sister is bipolar and has recently been charged with being under the influence while driving while getting in an accident and killing a man. She worries all this stress is hurting her mom between the two sisters. 

Also needs to be fixed for the group sheet that I attached in order needs to be filled out for the two clients and atttached to journal
