Background and history of the regulation. This section should be 2 pages of this project.

Regulation and HRM (discuss how the regulation applies to the field of human resource management and the specific area of HRM it affects)– this section should be 2 pages toward the final grade of this project.

Case Studies -  describe and summarize the results of at least two court cases that involved this regulation – this section should be at least 3 full pages, and is worth 20 points toward the final grade of this project. You may discuss cases listed in your textbook or search the internet.
