CONTENT MANAGEMENT FOR SOULMATE LOGISTICS

1. Project Outline and Requirements
a. Provide a brief description of the organization (Soulmate Logistics) (can be hypothetical) that will be used as the basis for the projects in the course.
b. Include company size, location(s) (United States), and other pertinent information.
c. The organization should be involved in dealing with clients and some of their sensitive information.
d. Summarize the content requirements for the organization, including the major categories of content and regulations that might apply to the organization’s content. Material can be taken from an approved proposal that is submitted to the instructor.
2. Implementation Life Cycle
a. Thoroughly describe the life cycle that will be used to implement the ECM and data governance policies and procedures.
b. Each stage of the life cycle should include significant detail and demonstrate a broad understanding of the implementation requirements.
