this is a good START. The best part of all of the writing is the last two paragraphs really complete the assignment. Please provide more detail about HOW you will assess. What type of questions. What survey? Can you suggest a survey that you have found in the literature? If your purpose is to find out what their needs are for health, then you have to dig deeper. All of your earlier writing really reveals your understanding of what a needs assessment is and what it does, but not a whole lot of your plan for how you will APPLY that information to the Staff at KVHC (That IS the group that you chose for your earlier assignment, right?) Resubmit for a revised grade, OK?
