Assess your strengths And Areas For Growth
When it comes leadership and management, I believe that there are multiple strengths that I possess.
One of the things that I am sure to do is to giver great consideration as to the way in which the
individuals I am serving behave as well as think so that any possible conflicts of interest is avoided. Me
being aware of and being able acknowledge my perspectives, morals, strengths and weaknesses allows
the opportunity to be able to have a transformational leadership which allows me to adapt in any
situation and environment. Another strength of mine of my rational decision making skills, this skill
allows the ability to be able to make sound and strategic decisions that will be in the best interest of all
of those that are involved. My superb communication skills is also another strength that I take great
pride in having. My cultural competence is another leadership skill that I have that I find to also be a
great strength. In regards to management, I believe that my optimism and positive attitude is a strength
that I have. I tend to looks all situations as the glass being half full versus half empty and I tend to always
