Course Overview
Leading a business is more than telling people what you think
they should do. A business involves planning, organizing, and
monitoring your product, whether your product is a tangible item
or a service. Throughout this course you will review scenarios
through the lens of the functions of management 4 (planning,
organizing, leading, and controlling and make business )
decisions.
There's a lot of buzz words in the business world
these days—design thinking, innovation, fast-failure,
