If I had to choose between working for a company that focuses on theory X or theory
y I think I would always choose a theory y. I came to this conclusion because after
learning about which theory is what I prefer to work somewhere that I am not
watched by every move I make. Now I know that sometimes companies have to do
this especially for employees that are slackers but if you’re doing your job correctly
and getting everything done then I don’t see why you would have to be watched
over. I have worked for companies that follow both theories. It was hard when I was
being watched all day every day it made the work environment more tense.
