for your department. I think the first presentation about the purchasing decision of DBMS
would be to the budget owners from the finance department and the senior management. As
they are higher representatives in your department, they can provide you with better

presentation in front of them, I will recommend you to prepare your presentation in a very
organized and clear manner. From the perspective of an employee, I can recommend you to
have eye contact with the members who are present in the presentation room. This will help

I think you can organize the presentation in an effective manner by focusing on
creating confidence and trust, which is the key to get success in the presentation. First of
all, you need to develop an outline of three or four key points related to the use of DBMS
in the department. Make sure you have organized the points concisely. Likely, you have to

need to determine a clear beginning, centre, and end or conclusion of your presentation.
