Instructions: You are a cybersecurity consultant working with a global supply chain network that
spans multiple countries and involves various stakeholders. Write a seven to nine-page paper
addressing the following questions:
1. Conduct a cybersecurity risk assessment for the global supply chain network. Identify
potential cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and assess the impact of cybersecurity incidents
on the supply chain.
2. Propose strategies for managing the cybersecurity risks associated with third-party
vendors in the supply chain. Discuss measures to ensure the security of data shared
with external partners and minimize supply chain disruptions.
3. Recommend measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data exchanged in
supply chain transactions. Discuss encryption, secure communication protocols, and
strategies for preventing data tampering.
4. Develop a training program for supply chain employees to enhance their awareness of
cybersecurity best practices. Discuss the role of employee education in preventing
insider threats, recognizing social engineering attempts, and ensuring secure supply
chain operations.
5. Develop an incident response plan for cybersecurity incidents affecting the global supply
chain. Discuss coordination efforts with international stakeholders, regulatory
compliance, and communication strategies to minimize the impact of incidents on supply
chain operations.
