The case of Brown V. Board of Education highlights the importance of the role and
function of government and the relationships between the branches. It also highlights the
similarities between the federal government and the states, such as the federal government
making choices and enforcing laws with little to no guidance, and guidelines being only helpful
to a certain extent.
