Enhancing our existing management architecture doesn't somehow signify that verdicts
may no longer be taken at the company headquarters. This does signify that there is expanded
collaboration involving regional and national workers and department heads.
Cross-communication will also be increasingly emphasized, both explicitly and unofficially.
Executives may make them feel valuable if they can draw inspiration from workers. Executives
may drive workers toward thinking outside the box whenever reviewing requests from clients
and prospective future objectives in response to input and common discussions during selling
procedures.
