dimension.ThereasonIdidwasbecauseIwastryingtofindan

examplewhereweareencouragedtotakerisksandtrynewthings

ourselves.However,that’snotthecase.Workinginsuchalarge

organization,wehavetoabidebytheguidelinesandprocesses

establishedtoperformourrole.Trust&Opennesswasaspecialone

aswellbecauseIunderstandandbelievethatimportanceofbeing

abletohavetrustwithinourteamandtheopennesstoexpress

yourself.Sometimesfearorintimidationcangetinthewayof

sharingathoughtorconcernandeventuallyitcouldaffecttheteam

overall.Inthisarealeadershipshouldbemoreinvolvedandmore

attentivetoensureteammembershavethetrustneededtosucceed

andperformtothebestoftheirabilities.

Formycompany,Ibelievewestillhavealottoworkontoactually

haveacreativeculturewhereeveryoneisinvolvedandfeelsfreeto

participateinthegrowthofthecompany.Istronglybelievethat

leadershipshouldhaveanestablishedplantodevelopnewand

seasonedemployeesbyprovidingwaystocommunicateeffectively

andclearlyconveyexpectationsregardingtheculturethatthe

companystrivesfor.

ChallengewasoneofthedimensionsthatIscoredthehighest.Ifeel

thatinthisareaweareallchallengedinourcurrentpositionto

performanddobetter.Risktakingasmentionedbeforewasonethat

Iscoredthelowest.Thiswouldbeanareawhereourcompanycould

focusontoencourageemployeestotakeriskandcreatesolutionsto

issuesontheirownwhentheyfeelsafetodoso.
