Hi sir,
I wanted to present changes to the benefit plan for the next fiscal year. The changes are
because of a rise in the cost of benefit premiums. However, the additional cost did not add any
improvements to the plan. In some areas of the benefit, it has been reduced. Our benefits team
saw fit to review other vendors since our contract with the current plan was ending. Our team has
extensively searched for benefits plans that meet our employees’ and our organization’s needs.
The search criteria comprise what our employees wanted to see improved in the following
