PERSONAL REFLECTION 2
Others would follow me as a leader because of my clear vision, self-belief, and
confidence. While serving as a leader, I would make sure to provide a clear picture of my vision
to others so that they would be able to understand it and work along with me towards it.
Furthermore, I would ensure that I would deeply listen to the views and opinions of others while
sharing my vision. Such a step would be extremely crucial as the subordinates would feel valued,
and they would be encouraged to actively participate in diverse activities. My self-belief and
confidence would also play an integral role in instilling confidence in others. It would make them
feel secure to follow the direction that I show to reach the organizational goals and objectives.
Self-belief and confidence have been identified as important leadership traits that positively
influence others (Axelrod, 2017).
Impact
I would motivate others to pursue the vision that I have outlined and work
