4-2 Module Four Case Study
The acquisition of leadership skills is crucial for organizational success. In my capacity
as the Director of Leadership and Learning it is my responsibility to aid in the growth of these
leadership skills within our organization. Following my discussions with new manager Eduardo
and his direct supervisor I have created an analysis of his leadership style. I have also been able
to develop a leadership toolkit specifically for Eduardo. My hope is this toolkit will effectively
enhance Eduardo’s leadership style and improve his current situation.
