belonging to the firm's Pacific region entered the office carrying a freshly created advertisement.
The going pricing for a square foot of residential property is $280, according to the data
in this advertising. According to the salesperson, the average cost per square foot in the Pacific
region is $280, but this cost is significantly cheaper in the Pacific region. Or, to put it another
way, he thinks the recently changed advertisement would lead to an increase in the Pacific
Region's average price paid per square foot. He wants you to confirm that he can make that
