With the rise in domestic or intimate partner violence cases I feel that
more help is needed in this area. a The agencies or organizations I
would like to work for are

This program provides shelter for women and children that have been
in domestic violence situations and help them find peace, security,
and help with them getting back on their feet.
2.) The Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence

Here they help support and services for domestic violence victims,
help spread awareness in the community, and push for better
protection and laws for victims and their families.

Here they provide help with preparation for court appearances, moral
support at court appearances, help with finding local resources for
food ,shelter, and ect. , post conviction help, and victims
compensation.

this program helps with giving sexual assault victims a safe place to
get help after the assault with emotional and medical needs. They
also help children who were victims of abuse to find a safe place to go
and advocate for the child.
5.) The solicitor General victims / witness advocate program

The program is here to help the victim’s of crime. Each victim is
assigned to a victim’s advocate. The advocate will inform them of
their rights as the victim, the stages of the judicial process, how to
obtain compensation and any other assistance they need.
