Audience
Who will be in your audience? What do you know about them?
audience will most likely be your direct supervisor or manager, as well as
any other relevant stakeholders who are involved in the project. This
may include other department heads, project team members, or
executives who have a vested interest in the success of the project.
Director would be the most authoritative person for the project and
manager would be included in the team as well
Thesis
What is the key message of your speech?
My key message of the speech is about the project specification. Also,
what are the resources we need to initiate the project. As well as how to
achieve the completion in the end. This would provide stakeholders
about the clear requirements of the project
