I selected that site since this highlights how schools may influence students' academic and
physical well-being through health and wellness initiatives. that pupils who are ill have less
ability to learn, regardless of the level of instruction offered. It takes into account the fact that
children spend more time in school than any other place save their homes, and that schools play a
crucial role in reducing the risks to children's health by giving students the skills they need to
succeed and lead healthy lives.
Resource 2: CDC Website
I selected this site since it covered the suggested times for physical exercise according to age
group. For instance, it is advised that kids and teenagers engage in 60 minutes or more of
moderate to intense physical exercise each day. It comprises regular exercises that help grow
musculature and preserve joints.

That article caught my attention since it addresses how children may take responsibility for their
own wellness. It offers them five guidelines for living. The guidelines call for a varied diet,
consuming water and dairy products, paying attention to your body, reducing screen time, and
engaging in physical activity. Moreover, it outlines a series for each principle.
