I played the simulation multiple times and made different decisions in
order to compare the different outcomes. At the end of the first time
playing the simulation, my company was very successful and had
reached the international level. Over the three times I ran the
simulation, my company's growth increased because I could apply
what was covered in the modules.
All the decisions I took affected the company and its growth.
However, when I decided to hire external people the family was
particularly upset about it. Despite the family’s feelings, it was a good
decision because it allowed the company to hear and implement new
ideas that eventually led to its growth. Another decision that served
my company well is the implementation of other products aside from
honey.
The only decision or action that I wanted to approach differently was
when the moment of choosing to keep the company’s leadership as a
family role or not. I opted for the family to be in charge but I think
that maybe having a new person, with fresh ideas may help the
company as well.
