During my simulation I tried to think of the best route for the
business. In the beginning of the simulation in the first few
generations it was much more logical to keep the business in the
family. As the company grew I chose to bring in outside
professionals to efficiently run the company. I did this through all
three of the simulations with minor changes as to when I brought in
the new professionals. b These decisions were made to benefit the
company and the family both. I feel like these decisions served the
company well and ultimately we had a very successful company in
the end. The company was multiregional rated each time I played so I
would not have changed the way that I performed the simulation.
