• Who will you ask for feedback from within the company?
o How do you plan to seek and address feedback and
concerns from these sources within the company?
From within the company, I would do a survey of all employees. I
would make the survey completely anonymous that way the
employees could really feel like they could put down exactly what
they want, and they wouldn't feel like their job could be at risk or that
their managers would view them differently. After I release the
survey, then I would give everyone a week to fill it out and I would
then have the results of how everyone within the company feels
about the new product.
• Describe strategies you plan to use for seeking and addressing
feedback from customers.
Customers will be able to put feedback directly onto our website and
let us know how we are doing. After the customers have put in their
feedback whether it is positive or negative a representative will reach
out to them and see what exactly we can do to make it better, that
way the customer is heard and feels like something is going to change
or stay the same depending on the customers initial feedback positive
or negative.
• Outline the internal communication channels you will use to
address feedback from internal and external customers.
After the surveys have been read and the people that had negative
responses to the new product, we would hold a massive meeting to
talk about the potential changes that could be made. After the
meeting and potential product changes then, a new survey would be
put until most of the employees are on the same page about the
product and everyone is in support of the idea. That way everyone
apart of Tesla feels like their opinions are valued and taken into
consideration.
