A feedback loop is an essential part of sustaining a product or service
as it provides individual experience and perspectives. It helps the
development and success of a product by giving positive or
constructive feedback based upon observations to help make
corrections. The feedback loop consists of five critical parts:
design/plan, collect data, analyze, communicate/discuss, and course
correct. This framework will help evaluate the progress of our goal
and where we need course correction along the way if needed.
Employees are our company’s biggest asset as they help run the
operations. We are always looking for ways to better their lives but
also implement course corrections where they see fit. Our way to
bolster communication amongst employees is to have a weekly
operations meeting. In this meeting all the managers and directors
come and we dive into every part of operations and gain their
feedback. These meetings are very beneficial as it gathers all our top
preforming managers who express their own opinions, but also
advocate for their department employees’ concerns. We value our
employees’ feedback on a high pedestal and try our best to
accommodate them.
In regard to our customers feedback we will collect this data through
a couple different avenues. Our main source of data collection will be
through surveys. These surveys will have an incentive of a $1,000
Apple gift card and this survey will be given to all Reality Glasses
owners in request for feedback. There will also be a second survey
sent out to our current Apple product owners who don’t have a pair
of the Reality Glasses. This survey will come with a $500 incentive
but will be to identify why they haven’t purchased the Reality Glasses
yet. a The last customer feedback source will be through our 24/7
technological assistance program. Through this chat room our
employees will assist our customers needs while our software will
develop algorithms of reoccurring questions, problems, or issues.
Addressing the feedback loop our internal and external customers
will be mostly through the online platforms on which they have
completed the survey. For the surveys that are given in-person they
will be addressed in-person and the data will be collected through
that employee. In efforts to show that we truly value our customers
time and feelings our operational team will be dedicated to our
course correction action plan when applicable. We want our
customer to be more than satisfied with our product and services.
