Feedback loops are normally used to gather and collect information
about a product. The feedback allows for the company and
manufacturers to get an understanding of some things that may need
to change or what can be further developed. The feedback loop is
usually done in parts, Gatherfeed back, analyze feedback, act on
feedback, and follow up.(Mileva, 2021) When it comes to getting
feedback from within the company I will refer to colleagues and
members who hold a leadership role in the company. The team will
hold a viewing where these members will be able to get a breakdown
of the product and its features. The viewers will receive a document
where they can document questions and comments about what they
have seen. The product department will also have a suggestion box
where all members can give suggestions in regard to the product.
That information will then be used to help develop the product and its
features.
The strategies I plan to use to gather and address feedback from
customers will be through beta testing and a study group. The team
will gather information based on the interaction the customers have
with the product. The product will have a beta test feature that will
be available with updates on the product once the product is released
to the public. This feature will allow customers and users to give their
point of view and input on the product and its software. We will also
have a customer service department where internal and external
customers can come to address their concerns about the product.
The custumers will also be able to give recommendations for the
product to and on the apple website for the product developers to
take into consideration.
