My project is devoted to expanding accessibility to those with
impairments, most importantly visual impairments. I think it would be
prudent to have any associated developers and partners to
participate in community involvement pertaining to this cause.
Spending time with those that are visually impaired and learning the
difficulty they contend with could pave way to better understanding.
I would also encourage the hiring of any individual with experience in
this field. Communication is Key and setting expectations is important
for both sides so to start meetings, I would have a rotating
representative for each focus give a report, the floor would remain
open for questions after each report to foster collaboration and
expectations would be discussed at the end of the meeting between
the manager and the team to ensure understanding and afirm the
expectations are fair and acceptable. the end of the meeting would
end on a high note to celebrate success and recognition between
peers.
