I really enjoyed taking this course this semester and I feel that I have
a better understanding of business law and how different laws cases
can impact new laws and regulations in business. After focusing on
the final project, I have learned how many legal elements go into
started and creating a new business. I never really thought about
property law and the importance of estate planning not only for
business but also for general life decisions. I also feel I have a better
understanding of business fraud and the regulations put in place to
protect against it. I will hopefully use a lot of the knowledge I have
gained from this course when I retire from the military and create my
own business. I will also pay attention to estate planning when
developing my will for my family in the future. At the very least,
when I hire a lawyer in the future I will have a basic understanding of
some terminology used in business law.
