Fred's miracle cough syrup might face several issues including:
Tammy's sexual discrimination lawsuit related to hiring practices, the
reverse engineering and publication of the recipe by Bob, the
embezzlement scandal related to Jane's misconduct. Fred and Sally
should work with their new accountant to establish internal controls
for record keeping.
The next issue is with Tammy. Jane's position as bookkeeper became
available and Tammy applied but wasn't accepted. She filed for
sexual discrimination since someone else was hired over her. She has
to prove that she was qualified and Fred and Sally have to say why
she was not qualified. They needed someone that had experience in
bookkeeping and that is why they went with Ted.
