Health has always been compared to gold, and every doctor's critical
responsibility is to increase the quality of life in society. When we go
to the doctor, they not only assist us to relieve pain, but they also
heal our illnesses and improve our quality of life, so why pay more
and keep our health at a low cost? Most people can spend a lot of
money on things that aren't really necessary, but they could regret
spending a few hundred dollars on a medical exam. "As the
population ages and more individuals rely on social security, it is
becoming increasingly difficult for this group to buy medication and
some healthcare services" (Marleise, 2009). As a result, while going
to the hospital always requires good quality, the service price must
be low. In addition, dangerous jobs, irregular hours, tough work, long
hours, and loss of health sometimes necessitate high pay or excellent
benefits. That is virtually universally true of all professions in the
world, but it is not true of medicine. The medical profession has all of
the hallmarks of a demanding and difficult career, so why should it
not be compensated? The medical field is difficult. The pressure is
often increased, especially when dealing with challenging specialist
cases or when the patient's family threatens to beat, sue, or be
reprimanded by the hospital. There is a risk of infection from patient
secretions. Any action taken by a doctor on a patient means the
doctor will be held accountable for the rest of his or her life. Patients
can sue the doctor right away, and the doctor will definitely be held
accountable in court. As a result, in all circumstances, the doctor and
the consultant must select the optimum treatment for the patient.
People, however, fail to recognize that medical errors are caused by a
variety of factors other than doctors. Today, the rate of increase in
the doctor's salary is not related to the rate of increase in the
patient's claim rate, and there are innumerable other duties that
doctors must always bear as a result of their work. I believe that the
profession of a doctor is for those who have the enthusiasm,
tenacity, and effort to continue on the difficult route they have
chosen. Each of their activities has a direct impact on the patient's
life, and they are held accountable for their work, even if their
income is low or their interests are not safeguarded. Furthermore,
the job has a lot of difficulties and still has to deal with a lot of
pressure and responsibilities. The doctor is always harmed by his
own job, and his pay is not commensurate with his efforts. As a
result, the doctor is entitled to a hefty remuneration.
