Emotional Intelligence Assessment

Many research scholars and experts consider emotional intelligence to be a better
indicator of success and effective leadership than a person's IQ or other personality
traits. In this discussion, you will take a self-assessment to gauge your emotional
intelligence skills and then discuss your results.

I got a 58 out of 75 which means I am an emotionally intelligent person. This
assessment was relevant to me because it confirmed my leadership potential, after the
last assessment which told me what kind of leader I was. I learned that I have really
