BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW ESSAY
THEOLOGY 104
In my opinion mankind is inspired by the words of God, he not only sacrificed his life for us
but he has put life back into us all. “So God made man in his own image, in the picture of God
made he him; male and female made he them." Genesis 1:27 A perspective is your arrangement
of convictions, qualities and theory in life. It is your structure and thoughts and demeanor
identified with the world and life circumstances. A Christian perspective will trust that there is a
God who created every one of us and gave us possession over other foundations today. God
roused men to compose the words in the book of scriptures and there is no mistake in it. Elmer
Towns says that crucial to our announcement of confidence is the faith in "the verbal motivation
and inerrancy of the 66 books". Elmer Towns, Section 2 Big Bold Extraordinary Faith). The
Scriptures are more than just religious reading materials and its words are inspirational. We are
hopeless without God and his blessings he showers upon us.
I am attending these courses so I can become a successful medical office assistant. I must be
eagerly dedicated to the perception that we are made in Gods image so that I can inspire others to
pursue their dreams. My first example related to my profession as a medical assistant is to have a
open mind and spirit of compassion. Colossians 3:12-13 says, “Put on then, as God’s chosen
ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience,
bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the
Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.” Compassion is defined as sympathetic pity and
concern for the suffering or misfortunes of others. I have always put others before myself, I love
to see the joyful smiles on everyone’s faces. It motivates me to work harder towards my degree. I
have siblings who sometimes get little bruises or cuts from playing outside and it is up to me as
their big sister to take care of them and make sure they are okay. It always good to help others in
need, because God is always watching. God will bless those who give blessings to others, you
should always see a situation from another person’s perspective. If it were you that was hurting
mentally, physically, emotionally, or maybe even financially, you would want someone there to
help you out or to comfort you. If we want to have the same power as Jesus, we must meet each
other halfway. Working in the medical field everyone looks for compassion because they are
hurting or are in a difficult place in life. It is very important to be kind and friendly and show
your patients that you do care about them. By showing these feelings, you begin to develop a
relationship with your patient.
The belief that mankind is created in the image of God means you are not god, but you are
godlike. Genesis 1:26-27 says, “Then God said, let us make man in our image, in our likeness.”
You are a snapshot of God, we are all imprinted with godlike characteristics. We sometimes
confuse ourselves with being like God with being God. God is spirit, he lives within all of us and
all who have faith in him will soon unlock a different blessing. My chosen profession relates to
the saying that mankind is created in the image of God. As a medical assistant I must perform
many tasks and meet a wide variety of people from many different backgrounds. No matter the
skin color or flaws of another, I will always treat everyone with respect and show them
compassion. Everyone deserves to be loved and respected, it doesn’t matter if someone may have
an attitude or may just be angry. We should always care for one another because we are one and
only we as God’s children can keep the world at peace. God has called upon me to pursue this
specific career field because I am who he says I am and I am a true believer in God. I should
never be rude to someone or be grumpy around others because God is watching and he has made
me into a kind hearted person.
I will continue down the path of success and happiness. I may meet and go over others
that don't have a decent esteem or conviction framework. Some may have parts of their
perspective spoiled or failing. It will be my business to see how I can get my patients to take care
of themselves as well as establish a respectful friendship with each and every one of them.
Sorrow thus numerous different conditions in life are genuine; yet as Christians, we know there
is trust. Step by step, I will help them manufacture (or re-assemble) their confidence by
confiding in the Lord. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and incline not unto thy own
comprehension… in all thy ways recognize him and He might coordinate thy way" (Proverbs
3:5-6). In rundown, being "in His picture" implies that I will treat others with affection and
regard and meet them where they are. Whether their experience is religious or not, I ought to
dependably put my best foot forward and demonstrate to them the affection for Christ. The
principal section of Genesis subtle elements the creation and I should start by a solid faith in
these words. "On the off chance that one can't trust God's statement in creation, by what means
would it be able to be trusted at some other point" (Consider, Dr. Weider and Dr. Gutierrez,
Chapter 5, page 85). So this point is essential with a specific end goal to push ahead. I plan to
utilize the information I gain from my different courses so I can be instrumental in helping
other people for the duration of my life. Have faith in God and he will steer you in the right
direction, “He may not be there when you need him, but he is always on time.” Never doubt
God and his
powers. I am determined to serve my purpose here on earth to help save lives and show everyone
the love that they deserve.
