In the response to the question of origin, this can be answered by looking at the Bible.
God’s creation can be found throughout the Bible. In the Book of Genesis, it shows how God
created the world in the span of seven days. Exodus 20:11 says that God created our world and
rested on the seventh day. Psalm 33:6 discusses how God created the heavens and the stars in the
sky.
In the response to the question of identity, this can be answered by looking at the Bible.
God created Christians to be above all animals and below all angels in Heaven (Weider2014).
Nehemiah9:6shareshowGodgaveuslifeandthatwearealwayswithhim. I believe that we are
dependent upon God because he created us in His image. Job33:4saysthatGodgaveusthebreath
oflife. As Christians, we owe it to God to take care of the things that He has created.
According to Erik Ehn, a worldview can be defined as an individual’s view of the world.
He goes on to say that a worldview is what we do and don’t understand about our world. (2014). A
Christian worldview is the belief that God exists and that Jesus die for our salvation (Foreman,
2014).

The question of one’s destiny can be answered by looking at the Bible. Those who
practice the Christian faith know that there are two places that you will end up after you die
depending on your behavior (Weider 2014). 1 Peter 1:3-6 says that those who believe in God and
repent of their sins will live an eternity in the Kingdom of Heaven. John 3:18 says that Hell is a
place for those who do not believe in God nor repent for their sins.

The question regarding meaning/purpose can be answered by looking at the Bible.
Christianity is about having an intimate relationship with God (Weider 2014). Revelations 4:11
says that the meaning of humanity is to receive God’s glory and to honor him, as well as, honor all
the things that He created. Proverbs 19:21 shares that God’s purpose will show in the end no
matter how much pain is involved.
The question of morality can also be answered by looking at the Bible. Those who
practice the Christian faith believe that man is an inherit sinner and that he can only be saved by
believing in Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Weider 2014). Isaiah33:22saysthatGodistheonlywho

Part III
My biblical worldview has influenced the way I think about, treat, and speak to others on
a day to day basis. Throughout the Bible it discusses the importance of being kind to one another.
Matthew 7:12 shares this important message of treating others the way that you would want to
be treated. Reading the Bible had taught me the importance of not hating others or seeking
revenge. Leviticus 19:18 shares the message that by doing these kinds of things goes against
God’s
wishes.
My biblical worldview has influenced the way that I treat/interact with the environment
and non-human creation. Genesis 2:15 shares the important message of taking care of God’s
animals. Number 35:33-34 says that it is important not to pollute the land that God has created
because it goes against His will. This Bible quote has influenced my efforts in protecting the
environment.
