I read the information you sent, and I would like us to extend the study that
evaluated the effects that frontline workers suffered psychologically based on the
pandemic. The mental health challenges that frontline workers have experienced
and may continue to experience while working during COVID-19 have been a
conversation, and minimal research has taken place (Billings et al., 2021). There
is a great need for frontline workers to be supported and recognized for all of
their dedication and hard work (Billings et al., 2021).

interview. The interview will have open-ended questions to understand better what
frontline workers have suffered and the best way to get help. Several questions
will be asked, such as what can be done to help alleviate the mental anguish
during COVID-19? What type of recognition would you desire if you were
recognized for all the hard work during COVID_19?

Based on what I have read, many frontline workers have suffered mentally.
Underappreciation when working to save others and maintain one’s well-being can
be challenging (Billings et al., 2021). If frontline workers are shown appreciation
for all their sacrifices, it may help them feel better about the career they may
have enjoyed before the pandemic.
b b b b b b b b b I have attached research that justifies the study that we may expand. The
research was semi-structured interviews with snowball sampling on social media.
The researcher recorded all interviews and transcribed the conversations. Many
frontline workers were offered some support but not consistent, and some
received minimal support, but not what was desired. This article would be great
information to read to help expand the recognition of frontline workers, which
may help alleviate burnout.
