Question One
The life of a nursing student calls one to juggle all the school responsibilities, personal life, as
well as ones fundamental psychological needs. For effective service provision, one needs to
practice effective time management. According to Silvestri & Silvestri (2019), time management
is the ability for one to plan time at their disposal in line with personal objectives, while bearing
personal preferences, dislikes and likes. Great nurses do not give up easily, but find creative
ways to effectively manage their time, that nursing students could learn. Since my academic
team has been in practice for some time, they probably have some crucial tips on effective time
management. Besides, they have helped other students before me which enhances their reliability
